That experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how important it is for parents to feel safe leaving their child with someone they trust. I began babysitting in 2024 for a small family from my church. Over the years, I’ve also helped care for my nieces and nephews, assisting with feeding, diaper changes, bedtime routines, homework help, and keeping them engaged with creative activities instead of just screen time. I’m comfortable preparing simple meals, maintaining a clean and organized space, supervising outdoor play, helping with basic school assignments, and following specific household rules and schedules.
