Background: I have experience caring for newborns, infants, and toddlers through both my work at a daycare and as an older sibling. I am comfortable with feeding, diaper changes, maintaining sleep schedules, and soothing routines for younger children. With toddlers, I provided supervision, engaged them in age-appropriate activities, assisted with meals, and supported their developmental growth. My experience from working in a daycare has strengthened my ability to manage multiple children, stay attentive, and create a safe, nurturing environment.

I have a well-rounded background in childcare, with experience caring for children of various ages, including newborns, infants, and toddlers. I worked in a daycare setting where I was responsible for supervising multiple children at once, assisting with feeding, diaper changes, nap schedules, and leading age-appropriate activities that support early development. This experience helped me build strong skills in patience, organization, and maintaining a safe, structured environment.

In addition to my professional experience, I have hands-on childcare experience as an older sibling, which has given me a natural sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and adaptability. I am comfortable managing daily routines, preparing meals, engaging children in educational and creative play, and responding calmly to their needs. Overall, my combination of daycare experience and personal caregiving has prepared me to provide reliable, nurturing, and attentive care in a variety of settings.

My personal philosophy for childcare is centered around creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. I believe every child is unique, so I focus on being patient, attentive, and responsive to their individual needs while also helping them build confidence, independence, and positive behaviors.

I want to babysit because I genuinely enjoy working with children and being a positive influence in their lives. Through my experience in a daycare setting and as an older sibling, I’ve developed a strong passion for helping children learn, feel secure, and have fun in a structured and caring environment. I hope to provide families with peace of mind, knowing their child is in safe and capable hands.

What makes kids connect with me is my ability to be warm, engaging, and interactive - I meet them at their level, make activities fun, and create a space where they feel comfortable being themselves. What helps parents trust me is my reliability, strong communication, attentiveness to safety, and the experience I bring from both professional childcare and personal responsibility.

On my own, I’ve cared for children as young as: 2 months old

Future plans: Once I graduate from FSU in 2026, I plan on hopefully working with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and I plan on attaining my masters in forensic psychology during my first year within the department. I also do plan on working in the Orlando office, so I am able to go to Disney World every weekend! Later, I would like to apply to the FBI, and I plan on becoming a field agent. While, in the FBI, I would like to get my PHD and become a forensic psychologist.

When I'm not babysitting: I love taking pictures. I love writing. I also love going to Disney World and just planning vacations in general. I really love, love going to the beach and shelling (collecting beautiful seashells). Lastly, I love, love eating fast food, especially McDonalds.

I’ve seen Kolina work in a school setting as an assistant volleyball coach. While babysitting my children, she consistently provides a safe and nurturing environment, keeps them engaged in meaningful activities, and supports their learning and development. She is patient, dependable, and communicates effectively with both the children and myself. Kolina truly cares about the children in her care and creates a warm, positive environment where they feel comfortable and supported.
I’ve seen her work with infants, toddlers, school age, and high school children. My children range in different ages at the time from Infants to teenagers.
I believe Kolina is an excellent choice for working with children because of her patience, reliability, and genuine care for their well-being. She interacts with kids in a calm, positive, and engaging way, making them feel safe, comfortable, and supported. She is attentive to their needs, communicates clearly, and handles situations with maturity and professionalism. From my experience, she goes above and beyond to create a structured, nurturing environment while still making learning and activities enjoyable. I fully trust her with my children and would highly recommend her as a sitter.

I met Kolina in October 2025 after she was referred to me by a parent whose child attended the daycare Kolina worked at. She has been babysitting for me ever since. Koko is reliable, patient, and caring, and she consistently provides a safe and positive environment for my daughter. I highly recommend her for any babysitting position.
My kid was 8 weeks when she started, my daughter is now 7 months.
Kolina is an excellent candidate for working with children because she naturally brings a calm, nurturing, and patient energy into any environment she’s in. Around kids, she is attentive, playful, and genuinely engaged — she knows how to connect with them in a way that makes them feel safe, heard, and comfortable.
She communicates well, shows a lot of empathy, and is very understanding of children’s different personalities and needs. At the same time, she knows how to maintain structure and ensure a safe environment. Koko is reliable, responsible, and someone you can trust to not only care for children but also create a positive and supportive atmosphere for them.
Overall, she brings a balance of fun, warmth, and responsibility that makes her a strong and dependable sitter.
