Background: I am a student at Florida State University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Criminology. I started babysitting in 2019, but I spent my whole life taking care of the little ones since I was the older cousin of the family. My family would always leave their children at my house since they knew I loved kids! I also volunteered at my aunt's daycare for two years and spent a lot of time working with children and gaining group experience. I have also tutored middle and elementary school students, so I have experience with most ages. I am committed to providing a safe and loving environment for the children and also building a connection with the family.
On her own, she’s cared for children as young as: 6 months old
Future plans: I plan on applying to law school and becoming a Criminal Defense Attorney. I also hope to have a small and kind family and live by the beach.
When she’s not babysitting: I love singing and reading books. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

“Ashley is amazing because she is patient and so kind. Her ability to connect with kids is great. She bonded with my son, and my son would always ask me when she was going to come again. He was obsessed with her. She demonstrated responsibility, was always on time, was very attentive, and engaging. She always found fun new games for my son to play with. Ashley would read him stories, print out coloring sheets, play with him, and even teach him how to start writing. My child felt safe in her care and had fun, which is the most important thing to a parent. You could tell Ashley really enjoyed her job and I never had any complaints. Any family would be lucky to have her because of the heart she brings!”
“Ashley is great with kids. She is kind and patient when interacting with children of all ages and knows how to handle different situations with children. With my daughter she did arts and crafts in the time they were together, which my daughter absolutely loved. They would make cards for holidays, like Mother’s Day. Her favorite part was snack time where Ashley gave her all her favorite snacks and healthy treats. Ashley also cleaned up after their time together assuring that my daughter learned responsibility. She is a great influence for small children. ”
