I founded Seminole Sitters in response to the local need for reliable childcare; I opened Seminole Sitters in 2007 immediately upon receiving my Bachelor's in Science in Developmental (Child) Psychology from Florida State University. Although I no longer babysit, I enjoy connecting families with our wonderful Seminole Sitters! We look forward to serving your family!

I started working for Seminole Sitters in 2016. I have been working with kids since I was 13 years old. I taught beginner and intermediate gymnastics here, in Tallahassee, to children of all ages for 7 years. Then I moved to New York where I was a part-time nanny and also worked part-time in a daycare center. Now I’m back in Tallahassee, working full-time as the preschool/kindergarten gymnastics coordinator. I have also been a full-time nanny for various families. I have worked with children of all ages from infants to young adults.

I have helped raise children, babysat for others’ children, worked in Children’s Church, and worked with children with additional behavioral needs. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science. I feel very thankful for the opportunities I have had to work with newborns all the way to teenagers as well as giving the parents of the children I have taken care of a sense of peace that I will care for their children as if they were my own.
