I founded Seminole Sitters in response to the local need for reliable childcare; I opened Seminole Sitters in 2007 immediately upon receiving my Bachelor's in Science in Developmental (Child) Psychology from Florida State University. Although I no longer babysit, I enjoy connecting families with our wonderful Seminole Sitters! We look forward to serving your family!

Background: I was a part time many (15 hour/week) for a child from the age of 6 months to 1 year. I also have a lot of experience babysitting infants, from as young as three months, during the day as well as at night. I worked for a babysitting agency in Tampa for three years (averaging about 15-25 hours/week). During this time I babysat children from the age of 3 months to 11 years. I also worked as a summer camp counselor for 3-4 year olds for two summers. I enjoy building strong relationships with the children I work with as well as the parents. My main goal is to make the children feel as comfortable as possible while being away from their parents. I also think it is very important for the parents of these children to feel confident that their children are in safe hands while they are with me.

I have accumulated 3 years worth of in child care experience, along with that I have occasionally  babysat for 4 years consecutively gaining even more experience with children.
