Birthday: November 8
Hometown: Lebanon, KY
Favorite Crayola color: Forest Green
Background: Ever since I can remember, I have loved children. I began babysitting around town before I could drive, and have continued to babysit throughout the summers. I have experience working in several different daycares. I have been the assistant teacher in an infant room, handling babies ranging from four months to eleven months. I have been lead teacher in a toddler room, with children ages one to four. I have also been the lead teacher in a school-aged room with children who were ages seven to thirteen. I also have spent the past two summers with the same family watching their three children aged six months, seven, and nine. I love spending time with kiddos! I enjoy playing outside or doing some form of creative activity, whatever it is that makes them happy. I am finishing my degree at FSU in English Education.
Future plans: After I finish my graduate degree at FSU, I aspire to work for the Department of Defense Education Activity and teach on military bases across the United States and select other countries.
When she’s not babysitting: When I’m not babysitting I enjoy reading a good book or being outside. I love hiking and camping. I also enjoy spending time with my family.
