Background: I am a recent FSU graduate with a degree in Psychology. I started babysitting when I was 12 for family members and close friends. I practically helped my mom raise my now, 12 year old sister and she’s a pretty awesome kid! I have always had the passion to work with children because it is just a joy to be one of the reasons why a child smiles. I worked at 3 childcare centers and they were all wonderful, but I really like giving a small group of kids that one-on-one attention in the comfort of their own homes. I discovered this after nannying for a family with two young boys for about a year. Now I do some additional babysitting for other families in the Tallahassee area. When I babysit, it’s my goal to give parents the peace of mind that their children are receiving the best of care with a whole lot of fun involved.
I also have experience with children with food allergies and limited mobility needs.
She’s cared for children as young as: 6 months old
Future plans: I would like to continue on to grad school to get my M.S. in counseling, specifically, counselling children of all ages and backgrounds.
When she’s not babysitting: You can catch me reading a book or trying out a new cake recipe, I love baking! I also enjoy being with my family and close friends when I’m not busy studying or doing homework.
