Background: I began babysitting when I was 12 for a family across the street. I love being around children and babysitting has always been an active job for me. Through Girl Scouts I gained experience working and volunteering with younger children of a variety of ages. My experiences range from volunteering with a children's church choir, to caring for children with disabilities, to coaching a soccer team of children four and five years old. As a future teacher, I have learned how to work with children of all ages and differences in a many situations.
I have experience caring for children with ADD/ADHD, autism, and motor disabilities.
She’s cared for children as young as: 6 weeks old, born prematurely!
Future plans: I am currently a graduate student studying English education at FSU and will be graduating with my Master's in 2020. After graduating, I'd like to join Peace Corps to volunteer my time teaching.
When she's not babysitting: I really enjoy volunteering, but I also love hiking, the beach, reading, running (half marathons mainly), and being outside.
