Ms. Alayna

Birthday: May 2

Hometown: Littleton, CO

Favorite Crayola color: Mountain Meadow

Background: Ever since I became an aunt at the age of seven I’ve loved being around children. I started volunteering with my church nursery, Vacation Bible School, and yearly mission trips to the inner city children’s program. By the time I was 16 I had already been babysitting and volunteering for years so I got a job at the local recreation center working at their summer day camps. I enjoy being creative, teaching, and being a role model for every child I’m around. I’ve worked with multiple families through nannying, babysitting, and learning centers. I’ve worked with kids of all ages and stages of life including kids with Down's syndrome, ADHD, and allergies. I hope to keep working with children for the rest of my life and hopefully have my own some day!

She’s cared for children as young as: 3 months old

Future plans: I plan on attending TCC and FSU to further my education. I hope to pursue a field that involves children; I just haven’t decided what exactly I would like to do yet!

When she's not babysitting: I love thrifting and DIY projects as well as going to the beach and exploring the outdoors with my friends. I’m a big reader and also love blogging. You’ll most likely find me cuddling my pups on the couch with a bag of hot Cheetos and Netflix on a rainy day.

Alayna is very polite, respectful, and adheres to any guidelines/restrictions that we have in place for the girls....best of all, my kids really enjoy having her as their sitter. In fact, the oldest is always asking if she can be their sitter all of the time! That’s the best compliment! :-)

We are most appreciative that we came across Seminole Sitters and have been so pleased with Alayna and the service so far :)

We loved Alayna - she was really great with [our son] and we’d be happy to give her a reference any time.
