Enroll with Seminole Sitters:

  1. Schedule an enrollment meeting (via Zoom): Request the meeting on our Parent Portal.

    • You must opt-in to receive emails so we can confirm your appointment. We won’t take much of your time; most meetings last five or ten minutes. Our goal of this general consultation is to understand your needs and answer any questions you have.

    • A non-refundable enrollment fee of $45 will be charged to your account when we confirm and book the consultation.

  2. Once your appointment is confirmed, we will email a link to complete our paperwork online. This tells us more about your family and allows you to read and agree to our policies.

I’ve scheduled a meeting and submitted the enrollment form! Now what?

  • Keep in mind, we love notice: The closer it is to any given day, the more likely we are booked up. We can sometimes offer emergency sitting for current clients, but availability is not guaranteed. We're open every day except Sundays.

  • Have you moved since we last babysat? Adopted a child? New dog? Keeping us updated means sitters come prepared to babysit at your home, whether they need to plan their route or take allergy medicine before cuddling your new cat.

  • Make your request! Once you've followed the steps above to enroll as a client, just log in anytime to request an appointment with your favorite sitter! You can choose a recurring schedule or book one-time appointments! If it seems no one is available, contact us!

    • Appointments are based on sitter availability. We do keep a waiting list for one-time and recurring appointments. There is no fee to join our waiting list for individual appointments, but if you would like to be waitlisted for a recurring need, we’ll ask for a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one week of care, calculated based on the schedule needed by your family. If you are enrolling as a new client, we will waive the enrollment fee once the waiting list fee has been received. As soon as a sitter is available, you’ll be notified and the sitter will be reserved for you. The deposit will be applied to the first week of care. If care is no longer needed, the deposit will remain as a credit on your account for any future needs.
