Background: I am finishing up my undergraduate degree at Florida A&M University, majoring in Religion/Philosophy with a minor in History. I have experience working with children aged newborn through 15 years old. I started off as a dance choreographer and mentor for the youth church at the age of 14. I’m also the oldest of four siblings.

Future plans: I plan to become a Montessori Elementary teacher because I enjoy using creative hands-on methods to educate young children. Plus, I am (like Ms. Mary) a direct product of the Montessori system! I also plan to open my own creative learning center, which I will dedicate to my grandmother. (I’m a grandma’s baby!)

When she's not babysitting: Football, football, football….I love to watch a great game! I also love to read. Actually, my best friend and fellow Sitter, Ms. Lisa-Marie, and I have begun our own personal book club in which we read countless series such as: The Mortal Instruments, Twilight Saga, and our beloved Fever Series. Some of my favorite television shows are: Wizards of Waverly Place, Phineas and Ferb, and Naruto (I love Japanese Anime). I also enjoy learning new languages. So far I’ve learned a little Spanish and Japanese. But my all-time favorite hobby is cooking! I can grill up a specialty, make desserts from scratch, and cook up some Southern delights.
